That’s the challenge, and meeting it will mean focusing primarily on internal sales to SMEs. There’ll be some cold calling, but you’ll also be developing existing clients, following up leads and building on POBox's already well established name in the market. At least three years’ successful sales experience gained in a technical/IT environment is essential – and if that was gained within an ISP, then so much the better. Above all you must have exceptional communication and relationship building skills, plus the passion and personality to thrive in this relaxed but results-focused environment
