POBox Hosting a small UK based hosting company has beaten its much larger rival Sun Microsystems to the post with its grid computing rental.

POBox Hosting first introduced hourly server rental last November to accommodate easy access to the server marketplace for entry level hosting customers. "Our solution has been running for a year with the latest addition being an online server build system."
